Anthony Brawner brings over 20 years of experience in the hospitality and service industry to his role as General Manager of Rye Street Tavern. Anthony is best known for his dynamic team leadership, excitement for hospitality, dedication to excellence, and creative problem-solving abilities. Having joined Clyde’s Restaurant Group in 2017, Anthony showcased his talents and abilities at multiple Clyde’s locations including Clyde’s of Reston, Clyde’s Tower Oaks Lodge, and Clyde’s of Georgetown. Additional leadership experience includes senior management roles at high-volume restaurants such as The Cheesecake Factory and Austin Grill, where he excelled in both team development and guest satisfaction. 

Anthony’s journey into hospitality was driven by his passion for supporting his family and pursuing a budding acting career. With a background in musical theatre from George Mason University, where he studied under Helen Hayes Award-nominated actress Lynnie Raybuck, Anthony's first love was the stage. His acting career took a step forward when he landed his first movie role in "7-11 The Hit Musical!," filmed entirely in Baltimore with its premiere held at the Creative Alliance Theatre on Baltimore’s Eastern Avenue. This unique connection ties both his film career and hospitality path to the city of Baltimore, where he now continues his journey as General Manager of Rye Street Tavern.
